We’re Hiring! Current Posts Available At MumsAid

8th June 2026  – MumsAid, the award-winning charity supporting mothers and families experiencing perinatal mental health challenges, has announced the recruitment of two key roles that will help drive the organisation’s continued growth, strengthen its infrastructure, and expand its impact across the maternal mental health sector.

The charity is seeking an Operations & Programmes Manager and a Trustee with Human Resources Expertise, both of whom will play a pivotal role in supporting MumsAid’s ambitious plans for the future.

These appointments come at an exciting time for the organisation as it builds on its strong track record of delivering specialist perinatal mental health support while investing in the systems, governance and leadership needed to sustain long-term growth.

The new Operations & Programmes Manager will join MumsAid’s Senior Leadership Team and lead the delivery of a major new systems change programme to improve outcomes for young mothers. Alongside this strategic programme, the role will provide operational leadership across governance, monitoring and evaluation, organisational development and internal systems, helping ensure the charity is well-positioned for future expansion.

At the same time, MumsAid is seeking an experienced HR professional to join its Board of Trustees. The new Trustee will provide strategic oversight and guidance on people-related matters, supporting the charity as it develops its workforce, strengthens policies and continues to build a positive and supportive organisational culture.

Together, these roles represent a significant investment in MumsAid’s future, enabling the organisation to enhance both its external influence and internal capacity.

MumsAid has been supporting mothers, birthing parents and families for more than a decade, providing specialist counselling, therapeutic groups and peer support. The charity is committed to ensuring that no one has to face perinatal mental health difficulties alone.

Individuals interested in contributing to a growing, values-driven organisation and making a meaningful difference to the lives of families are encouraged to apply. The job descriptions can be found below.
